Shipping Policy

Our staff fulfills orders in 1–3 business days, and delivery times depend on your location. After we ship, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can track your order’s path from our doorstep to yours.

Important Notice: Because of customs rules, we can’t ship to some countries. Look over our list of restricted destinations before ordering.

We do our best to make all deliveries in a timely manner. In some cases, shipping delays can happen due to unforeseen circumstances, including weather and customs inspections.

Return/Exchange Policy:

Requests should be made within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Items should be returned in original condition, in the original packaging, with tags intact.

Photographic proof of any damage or defect is required for all claims.
Customized or personalized products are non-exchangeable and non-returnable.

Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility except if the product was damaged or received in error. Upon acceptance of your return, we will examine it and inform you of the exchange or refund status.

Order Acceptance & Cancellation

Americans Fashion Outfit reserves the right to accept or reject orders at our discretion. Orders can be rejected based on product availability, payment concerns, or if identified to be potentially fraudulent.

In the event of an order cancellation, please inform us within 2 hours of purchase. This window having passed, we cannot ensure a cancellation since your order might already have been processed or shipped out.

All orders are requested to be placed with serious buying intent in order to minimize unnecessary cancellations.
